Bowling

Our local bowling alley offers some great rates during the summer.  $1 games on Sunday.  We decided it would be fun to take the girls bowling for their very first time a few weeks ago!

Don't they look excited?  Kielyn couldn't wait to bowl!

She looks ready to go!  I love her Hello Kitty socks!

She is so excited!  She is such a princess, she bowled in a dress!  She wasn't wild about the shoes at first, she said they were ugly.  I can't argue with her she has a point!

Thank goodness for bumpers!  Um, where is Taylor?

"Umm Mom....who wants to bowl when they can have a huge soda?!?!"

We had a great time, Kielyn can't wait to go back!

  3. What a great reminder! I forgot that our bowling alley has (well, had anyway) $1 days! We'll have to plan to go soon...it's so much fun! Looks like the girls enjoyed it. I've NEVER seen a Styrofoam cup that enormous! Oh my goodness!!! Come join in the fun over at Windy Poplars this week: it's our "Week of Confessions"! Happy Monday to you Kenzie.

  7. Encourage them to bowl. Right now colleges are throwing money at girls for bowling scholarships. I know one that is getting $36,000 yr.

I love the lady bugs on the wall!!!

  10. Two things...who knew that they made such tiny (although ugly, lol) bowling shoes...and who knew they made styrofoam cups the same size as a two year old!!
